Empowering women have always been a cause that Deloitte feels strongly for. How can Deloitte use storytelling to inspire young women to pursue their ambitions? Are we able to use storytelling to relate and engage the young audience across a wide spectrum of interest? 

The Campaign

#fACE, an abbreviation for ‘Female Ace’, is an integrated campaign which aims to amplify the content of Anatomy of an Athlete (AOA) and Ambition – with the shared objective of spreading awareness on female empowerment and gender equality, and the hope of inspiring more young women and girls to aim high and pursue their passions.

Anatomy of an Athlete is a social documentary series that focuses on female fitness and empowerment. The series features 5 local sports women sharing stories about their personal lives and fitness regimen. Each athlete focuses on one particular body part that is most relevant to their sport and personal journey. Besides sharing their fitness regimen, we can expect an intimate peek into their daily grind and their motivations that has led to their achievements today.

  • A Day in the Life of an Athlete – An online workout video conducted via Zoom
  • Workshop with Ambition Filmmaker – An intimate workshop for female filmmakers to share their experiences to the next generation of storytellers
  • The Power Of The Butterfly Effect – Targeted to filmmakers and marketeers to share how storytelling can be used to inspire change for the greater good
  • Lesson Plans – Teaching materials for Educators in engaging their students on gender perspectives
