The community’s growing awareness of mental health has been positive thus far, but stigma and preconceived notions continue to persist. There is a crucial need to educate the community about mental health and emphasise its importance in our well-being. How do we challenge these preconceived notions about mental health in the hopes of positioning mental health as an important aspect of our well-being?
The campaign aims to raise awareness about mental health, challenge stigma, and preconceived notions by educating the public and creating a safe space for discussions. Addressing existing stigma, changing public attitudes, and fostering open dialogue on this sensitive topic are the key challenges that the campaign will need to navigate in order to effectively promote mental health awareness.
In order to achieve these objectives, the campaign created an explainer docu-series, launched as part of an integrated marketing campaign.

The team collaborated with Safe Space to create an online forum on the campaign microsite. The forum allowed users to ask anonymous questions on mental health – with Safe Space counsellors monitoring the forum to provide advice. Users were also able to redeem a 10% discount on counselling services.
