Viddsee Strengthens Leadership as It Deepens Creative and Technology Synergy Across Asia

SINGAPORE, MARCH 23, 2026 – Viddsee, a leading Asian storytelling platform, is strengthening its senior leadership team as it deepens the synergy between their creative and technology capabilities, supporting continued expansion into new markets across Asia.

“Viddsee has always been built at the intersection of technology and storytelling. Our vision is to realise big dreams on small screens by bridging creative inspiration with our data and AI embedded workflows so that every story can reach its full potential,” said Ho Jia Jian, Founder and CEO of Viddsee.

At the forefront of this growth is Kenny Ling, who joins Viddsee as Business Development Director to bring in greater opportunities for brands and creators through performance‑driven storytelling. With over a decade of experience leading impactful storytelling and branded content across APAC, he has worked with clients like Hilton, Marina Bay Sands, SP Group, and Gardens by the Bay, and has produced campaigns such as Make Life Richer (Chocolate Finance) and ONE Championship’s The Apprentice social series.

Building on Viddsee’s track record of over 3 billion views globally, Kenny Ling will lead in helping brands tap into the power of storytelling to drive measurable business results. Using data to evaluate content performance, refine formats, and scale campaigns across the region, he will focus on helping brands better understand and adapt their stories in real time, ensuring every piece of content delivers a stronger impact across Viddsee’s multi‑format ecosystem.

At the heart of this approach is Viddsee’s belief in long‑term partnerships with brands, rather than one‑off campaigns. The company works closely with partners over time to develop a consistent storytelling approach that evolves alongside the brand. This long‑term perspective places storytelling at the heart of how Viddsee plans, produces, and measures its work, turning each project into part of a broader brand journey.

Alongside Kenny Ling’s appointment, Viddsee has welcomed Esther Yue as Director of Operations to strengthen how the company runs day to day as it expands across Asia. Having held senior roles at Dentsu, Saatchi & Saatchi, BBDO, Craft Worldwide and Distillery, Esther brings deep experience in helping creative companies grow while staying organised and focused. Her appointment will further streamline processes and improve Viddsee’s operational efficiency in managing cross-border IP projects, including TV series, microdramas, and feature films such as Siti Vampire, supporting the company’s growing slate of regional content and partnerships.

Esther will focus on streamlining workflows and strengthening coordination across teams, ensuring a smoother, more reliable pipeline from development to delivery across Viddsee’s regional operations. Her collaborative leadership style brings teams together around shared goals, enabling partners and stakeholders to move quickly while maintaining clarity and consistency at every stage of production.

Together, the appointments of Kenny Ling and Esther Yue mark an important step in Viddsee’s continued growth as a regional entertainment studio. By combining strong storytelling capabilities with operational excellence and a deep understanding of audience engagement, the company continues to bridge brands and audiences through stories that resonate across Asia.

Viddsee is a next-gen studio and storytelling platform shaping culture through original IP. With over 3 billion views across Southeast Asia, we combine content creation, distribution, and technology to deliver stories that resonate deeply at scale. Visit business.viddsee.com to find out more.
