Viddsee Studios adaptation “Home Is Where The Heart Is” launching on Netflix on April 21
Viddsee has concluded content distribution deals with six platforms increasing the reach of its Asian stories to more audiences. The deals cover over 170 Viddsee owned and independent films, including Netflix’s acquisition of “Home Is Where the Heart Is” (8 x 30 mins), produced by Viddsee Studios and Chang Kai Xiang for Mediacorp Singapore, which will be available on the platform from April 21 in markets across Southeast Asia.
As well as Netflix, other deals include Qalbox (SVOD service provided by Muslim Pro), MNC’s Vision+ in Indonesia and Singapore Airlines’ inflight entertainment along with renewing its established collaborations with Vidio, Indonesia and Mediacorp, Singapore.
The content mix includes Viddsee Originals titles from Viddsee’s marquee 50-episode short film anthology “Scene City”, drama series: “A.I. Love K-Drama”, “The Lying Theory” and “Siti Vampire”, plus independent films such as “Please Be Quiet” by William Adiguna and “Day 40” by Muhamad Bagas Satrio.
